Sharika Smith-Ball is a dedicated wife, mother, and multifaceted professional. As an athlete, coach, mentor, graphic designer, visionary, content creator, and author, she brings a wealth of experience to her roles. She serves as the CEO/President of both R.U.F.F Athletics LLC and R.U.F.F Athletics Ministry INC. Together with her husband, she leads community initiatives to guide families to Christ through athletics. Sharika is a two-time graduate of Western Kentucky University, from Hickman, KY, and now resides in Brandon, FL, with her husband Alex, their son Amani, and their three dogs: Iggy, Tink, and Tip.
